Successful EU Project Review Meeting

The EU Project Review Meeting took place on Wednesday, 16th of December 2015 in Brussels and was very successful. All results of the first 18 months were presented and evaluated. EmerGent received valuable and helpful feedback and is allowed to continue with the 2nd period.


Second Meeting of the End-User-Advisory Board (EAB)

The End-User-Advisory Board has met on the 18th November in Vienna, Austria in order to discuss the current scientific and  technical status of EmerGent.


EmerGent at the Open Source Intelligence Dissemination on 8th of July

EENA brings together European emergency services, public authorities, researchers and industry representatives every year. This year Thomas Spielhofer and Gasper Bizjak presented most recent findings from EmerGent to show the potential of our project to a sophisticated audience.

Successful Project Board Meeting in Catania

EmerGent had a project board meeting in Catania, Italy from 25.08. to 27.08.2014. All project partners discussed first results and are keen to prepare next steps and developments in order to achieve the objectives of EmerGent.

Successful kick-off meeting

Our new  FP7-SEC project Emergency Management in Social Media Generation (EmerGent)  had a successful kick-off meeting in Paderborn, Germany from 15.04. to 17.04.2014.  Partners from all partner countries came together in order to initiate the work in a project with ambitious objectives.  See the first press article.
